after called "the Transferee') of No. 2 Peel Street (firs: floor; Victoria aforesaid All That the Tran-feror's business and goodwill of and in the said Tanaka and all the furniture, fixtures fittings chattels and effects relating thereto and used in the said business belong ing to and used by the Transferor in the said business.
The Transferee intends to carry on the busi- ness at No. 19 Ice House Street (ground floor) Victoria aforesaid, under the style or firm name of Tanaka and will not assume any of the liabilities incurred in the business by the Transferor prior to the 1st day of December, 1941.
