No. 8. 515.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Store at Tai Hang", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Wednesday, the 10th day of December, 1941. The work consists of the erection of a Store Building at Tai Hang.
As security for the proper performance of the works under this contract, the successful tenderer will be required to deposit, in cash, a sum of $1,000 with the Accountant-General, which will be held as security for six months after completion of the works.
Any tenderer may be required as a condition of the consideration or acceptance of his tender to supply full particulars of the constitution of his firm.
A tender is received only on the condition that it shall remain open for acceptance for twenty-one clear days after the date of its submission.
No work will be permitted on Sundays.
For form of tender, specification and further particulars apply at this Office. The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

The work consists of the manufacture and delivery on dispersal area sites of precast concrete slabs.
As security for the proper performance of the works under this contract, the successful tenderer will be required to deposit, in cash, a sum of $1,000 with the Accountant-General, which will be held as security for six months after completion of the works.
Any tenderer may be required as a condition of the consideration or acceptance of his tender to supply full particulars of the constitution of his firm.
