(b) prescribe the modes of making purchases;

(e) prescribe the amount of brokerage;

(d) regulate purchases by minors, guardians, trustees, societies, Government Officials, bodies corporate and un- incorporate:

(e) prescribe the modes of repayment of principal and interest;

(f) prescribe conditions for the repayment of principal and interest to minors, guardians, trustees, societies, Govern- ment Officials, bodies corporate and unincorporate:

(4) prescribe the modes of dealing with certificates held by deceased persons or by persons of unsound mind;

(h) provide for the forfeiture of certificate held in wilful contravention of this Ordinance.

(3) The regulations contained in the Second Schedule Second shall be deemed to have been made under this Ordinance and Schedule. shall continue in force except in so far as they as may be rescinded or amended or added to by regulations made under this Ordinance or by any other Ordinance.
