NOTICE is hereby given that the partner- ship heretofore subsisting between Lee

arrying on business as Importers and Ex- porters and Paper Merchants at No. 16 Pot- tinger Street, Victoria, Hong Kong, under the style or firm of T. H. Lee & Company has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 14th day of November 1911. So far as concerns the said Lee Tin Hus who retires from the mid firm all debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by the said Lo Hoong Kooi who will continue to carry on the said business tader the style or arm of T. H. Lee & Company * No. 16 Pottinger Street, Victoria aforesaid.

of No. 10 Queen's Road Central, 3rd floor; Victoria aforesaid (hereinafter called "the Transferees"), the said business of the Man Sang Electric Bulb Factory including the good- will, signboard, furniture, fixtures, machinery and all other assets of the Transferors of and in the said business.
The Transferees intend to carry on the said business under the style or firm name or such other name as they may hereafter decide and will not assume any of the debts or liabilities incurred by the Transferors in connection with the said business prior to the 2nd day of December 1941.
