Factory, who claim to be the proprietore thereof.
The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention to use same forthwith in respect of Hosiery and articles of clothing in Class 38.

the mark will be varied by the substitu-
tion of the name of such goods for the Chinese characters) (Singlets).
