Factory, who claim to be the proprietore thereof.

The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention to use same forthwith in respect of Hosiery and articles of clothing in Class 38.

the mark will be varied by the substitu-

The Trade Marks have not hitherto been used by the Applicants in Class 34 in respect of Cloths and stuffs of wool, worsted or hair but it is their intention so to use them forth- with.

The Trade Mark is the Photograph of Kong Pak Chiu the Proprietor of the Kong Pak Chiu Medicine Store.
