The said Trade Marks have been used by the applicants as to Trade Mark No. 1 in respect of Perfumery (including toilet articles and preparations for the teeth and hair) in Class 48; as to Trade Marks Nos. 2 and 3 in respect of Face Powder and Perfumed Powder in Class 48,
Registration of all the said Trade Marks is limited to the colours as shown on the specimen marks affixed to the forms of application for registration. The registration of the Trade Mark No (1) shall give no right to the exclusive use of the Chinese characters (and the words “Sam Fong's". In use upon goods covered by the specification other than "Dusting l'owder" () Trade Mark No. 1 will be varied by the substitution of the name of such goods for the words "Dusting Powder" and the Chinese characters (). The registration of Trade Marks Nos. 2 and 3 shall give no right to the exclusive use of the device of a peach, the Chinese characters
