N pursuance of Section 3 of the Fraudulent Transfora of Businesses Ordinance, No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that The Sunlight Company, Limited (in Voluntary Liquidation, who formerly carried on business as Electrical-Ware Dealers at No. 137, Des Vœux Road, Central, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong (hereinafter called "the Trans- ferors"), have transferred the said business of the said Sunlight Company, Limited, together with the furniture, fixtures and fittings, goods, chattels and effects and all assets whatsoever (except cash, book and other debta) to Hing Kee () of No. 143, Des Voeux Road, Central, Victoria aforesaid (hereinafer called "the Transferees").
