OTICE is hereby given that the United Pigment and Paint Co., Ltd. of No. 151 King's Road in the Colony of Hong Kong, have by an application dated the 31st day of July, 1941, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:-
梅鐈商標
in the name of Chung Shan Firm, who claim
to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants, but it is their intention to use the same forthwith in respect of Almond Cakes in Class 42.
A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
