NOTICE is hereby given that Chung Shan
Firm of No. 507, Queen's Road West, Fourth Floor, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, have on the 25th day of July, 1941, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :--

in the name of Chung Shan Firm, who claim
to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants, but it is their intention to use the same forthwith in respect of Almond Cakes in Class 42.

ing, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, exporters and importers have on the 23rd day of June, 1941, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:-

The above trade mark has been used by the Applicants on the following dates in respect of the following goods, viz:--
