No. S. 375.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in quadruplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Photographing", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 15th day of September, 1941, for photo- graphing, commencing from 20th September, 1941, approximately 5,000 to 10,000 persons, and supplying two passport size unmounted copies of each photograph, printed on Bromide Glossy Paper, features clear in detail and so fixed as to ensure lasting.
No tender will be received unless the person tendering produces a receipt that he has deposited with the Accountant-General a sum of $25 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown, if such person fails or refuses to carry out his tender, should the tender be accepted.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
