The Trade Marks numbered (1) and (2) have not hitherto been used by the Applicants in Class 3 in respect of Chinese patent medi- cines and medicinal preparations, but it is their intention so to use them forthwith.
In respect of the "Lamb & Orange" Trade Mark, the registration thereof shall not entitle the Applicant to apply it to medicated and medicinal wine.
In respect of the "Stag & Long-life Plant" Trade Mark, the registration thereof shall not entitle the Appleant to apply it to imitation saffron.
Facsimiles of such Trade Marks can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
