Wellington Street (First floor Victoria afore- said Merchant (hereinafter called "the Trans- feree") the business of the said Wanchai Beer Hall including the goodwill, signboard, furni- ture, fixtures, fittings. deposits and all other assets of the Transferor of and in the aid business.
