Transfers of Businesses Ordinance No, 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that the Kato Suya of Nos. 54 to 58 Lockhart Road (Ground floors) Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, carrying on the business of a restaurant under the style or firm name of the Wanchai Beer
Hall (灣仔啤酒餐室) at the
above mentioned address (hereinafter called "the Transferor") has agreed to transfer to
Cheung Kwai (Representative of Hop Tak Tong (1) of No. 65
Wellington Street (First floor Victoria afore- said Merchant (hereinafter called "the Trans- feree") the business of the said Wanchai Beer Hall including the goodwill, signboard, furni- ture, fixtures, fittings. deposits and all other assets of the Transferor of and in the aid business.
The Transferee intends to carry on the busi- ness at Nos. 54 to 58 Lockhart Road aforesaid under the same style or firm name or such other name as he may hereafter decide and will not assume any of the liabilities incurred by the Transferor in connection with the said business.
