PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT.

No. 8. 353.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Latrines, Telegraph Bay Village", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 8th day of September, 1941. The work consists of the erection of two dry latrines built in brick and concrete with wooden roof.

As security for the proper performance of the works under this contract, the successful tenderer will be required to deposit, in cash, a sum of $500.00 with the Accountant-General.

Any tenderer may be required as a condition of the consideration or acceptance of his tender to supply full particulars of the constitution of his firm.

A tender is received only on the condition that it shall remain open for acceptance

for twenty-one clear days after the date of its submission.

For form of tender, specification and further particulars apply at this Office.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
