Transfers of Businesses Ordinance, No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that Sham Yiu

Sang (4) and Shing Tak Tong

both of No. 107 Lockhart

Road Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, carrying on business in partnership as Printers and Publishers under the style or firm name of The Wah Seung Company (E 刷公司) at the above mentioned address

(hereinafter called "the Transferors") have agreed to transfer to Chau Hon Chan (

of No. 3 Hill Street in the said

Colony of Hong Kong, Merchant (hereinafter called the Transferee") All That the busi- ness of the said Wah Seung Company Together with the goodwill thereof, furniture fixture fittings chattels machinery and all other assets (but excluding the book debts) of the said Wah Seung Company.

The Transfer will be completed on the 8th day of September, 1941.

The Transferee intends to carry on the busi- ness of Printers and Publishers at No. 107 Lockhart Road Victoria aforesaid under the

style or firm name of "The Wah Seung Tung Kee Company" (ZED A) and will not assume the liabilities

incurred by the Transferors in connection with || the said business.
