No. 409.-It is hereby notified that His Excellency Sir FRANCIS HENRY MAY, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of St. Michael and St. George, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies and Vice- Admiral of the same, returned to the Colony and assumed the duties of his office on Thurs- day, the 25th day of December, 1913.
