N pursuance of Section 3 of the Fraudulent Transfer of Business Ordinance No. 23 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that Yuen Loy Restaurant Cheung Kee Company, Limited,

of Nos. 266 and 268, Des Voeux Road, Central, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, carrying on business as Restaurant Keepers at Nos. 266 and 268, Des Voeux Road, Central, Victoria aforesaid (hereinafter called "the Transferors") have agreed to transfer the said business of the said Yuen Loy Restaurant Cheung Kee Company, Limited, together with the goodwill, goods, chattels, lease, licences, securities and all assets whatsoever and wheresoever of the transferors except cash and book debts,
to Ma Chin Man) of No. 9
Yuk Yin Fong, Victoria aforesaid (hereinafter called "the Transferee.")
The Transfer will be completed on the 5th day of August, 1941.
The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at the said address No. 266 and 268, Des Voeux Road, Central, Victoria aforesaid under the style of Yuen Loy Restaurant Cheung Kee Company, Limited, and will not assume

ferors in connection with the said business.
Victoria aforesaid be appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up."
