No. 390.-It is hereby notified that Messrs. Ruinart Père & Fils, Rheims, France, have applied for leave to add and alter, in a manner not substantially affecting the identity of the same, their trade mark No..49 B of 1899, registered in class 43 in respect of champagne.

The alterations are:—

The words "Champagne, Ruinart Père & Fils, established 1729, Rheims, France, Carte Anglaise, First Quality, Extra Dry" in place of the words "Ruinart Père & Fils, Maison fondée en 1729, Rheims, Carte Anglaise ".

A representation of the trade mark as altered is deposited for inspection in this Office.
