From the Northern fixed white light on the West side of the Inner Channel, the centre line of the Kemaman River should be followed to a fixed red light mounted on a pile at the junction of the Kemaman and Chukai Rivers. Thence from the fixed red light at the junction of the Kemaman and Chukai Rivers, the channel is defined on the South by three fixed red lights mounted on piles. On the North ths Channel is defined by the bank of the Kemaman River, ae far as the West end of Pulau Wan Dagang.
The West end of Pulau Wan Dagang is marked by a white post, surmounted by a white diamond bearing a fixed green light, and is approximately 300 yards from Kemaman Wharf.

No. S. 280.--It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked Tender for Wooden Hut for A.R.P. Club, King's Park, Kowloon ", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 14th day of July, 1941. The work consists of the erection of a Wooden Hut for A.R.P. Club, King's Park, Kowloon.
As security for the proper performance of the works under this contract, the successful tenderer will be required to deposit, in cash, a sum of $400.00 with the Accountant-General, which will be held as security for six months after completion of the works.
Any tenderer may be required as a condition of the consideration or acceptance of his tender to supply full particulars of the constitution of his firm.
No work will be permitted on Sundays.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
