VICTORIA HARBOUR-PROHIBITED ANCHORAGE BETWEEN TAI KOK TSUI AND THE EASTERN PART OF STONECUTTERS ISLAND.
Repairs to Submarine Cable.
Details.-Mariners are hereby informed that from Thursday the 10th July, 1941, and until further notice, repairs will be effected to the Submarine Telegraph Cable which is in the Prohibited Anchorage Area between Taikoktsui and the Eastern part of Stonecutters Island.
2. The Regulation Signals will be exhibited by the craft employed in this
work.
3. Vessels are warned to keep well clear of the craft so employed, and to
proceed as slow as possible compatible with safe navigation.

MALAYA EAST COAST.
Entrance-Kemaman Harbour.
Position.-Lat. 04° 14' N., long. 103° 27′ E. (Approx.).
Details.-Approach Channel-(a) Front Beacon--a white post surmounted by a
white rectangle bearing a fixed green light.
(b) Rear Beacon-at a distance of 66 yards from the front beacon, a white post surmounted by a white rectangle bearing a fixed green light.
These beacons bearing in line 286° lead in from seaward through the outer channel to the line of the beacons marking the inner channel.
Inner Channel-(e) Front Beacon-a white post surmounted by a
white rectangle, bearing a fixed red light.
(d) Rear Beacon - at a distance of 168 yards from the front beacon, a white post surmounted by a white rectangle bearing a fixed red light. These beacons bearing in line 350° lead in through the inner channel from the point of intersection of the lines of the Approach Channel and the Inner Channel.
Remarks. The Inner Channel is marked in the following places:-
(e) On the West side the Inner Channel is marked by two fixed white lights. On the East side the Inner Channel is marked by one fixed red light.
