These beacons bearing 246° lead in from seaward through the outer

channel to the line of the inner channel beacons.

The inner channel is marked by a pair of leading light beacons, detailed

as follows:-

(c) Front Beacon-A white post 34 feet high surmounted by a

white rectangle, exhibiting a fixed red light.

(d) Rear Beacon-At a distance of 290 yards bearing 259° 15' from (c), a white post 53 feet high surmounted by a white rectangle bearing a fixed red light.

These beacons bearing 259° 15' lead in through the inner channel from the point of intersection of the lines of the outer channel leading light beacons and the inner channel leading light beacons.

Remarks.-Inner and outer leading lights are visible for a distance of approxi-

mately three miles.

Beacons (a) and (b) are situated on the sandspit on the south bank of

the mouth of the Trengganu River.

Beacons (c) and (d) are situated in the Trengganu River near the

Island Pulau Wan Embong.
