IN pursuance of Section 3 of the Fraudulent
Transfers of Businesses Ordinance No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that the Wing Nien Soy Bean Sauce Manufacturing Company Limited of Room 201 Exchange Building Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong (herein- after called "the Transferor") has agreed to transfer at the expiration of one month from the date of this notice their Factory for the manufacture of soya bean sauce situate nt Estrad Areia Preta in the Colony of Macao together with all the machinery plant fixtures equipment therein and all their stock-in-trades in the said Factory and in the Colony of Hong Kong to To On Wong of T. O. Wong & Co. Ltd. Prince's Building Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong (hereinafter called "the Trans- feree").
The Transferee intends to carry on the said business of the manufacture of soya bean sauce. at the same address in Macao and at his own above mentioned address in this Colony and will not assume the liabilities incurred by the Transferor in connection with the sail business.
