NOTICE is hereby given that the Court has by virtue of the Provisions of Section 58 of the Probate Ordinance No. 2 of 1897, made an Order that the time for Creditors and others to send in their claims against the above estate shall be limited to 4th day of July, 1941.
All Creditors and others are accordingly hereby required to send their claims to the undersigned on or before that date.

NOTICE OF TRANSFER.
IN pursuance of the provisions of the
Fraudulent Transfer of Businesses Ordin- ance 1923, Notice is hereby given that Niels Frederick Lonborg of Room 521 China Build- ing. Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, carrying on business as the Mutual Trading Company and the Britannic Termite Company (Hong Kong) at Room 521 China Building, aforesaid, has as from the First day of June 1941 transferred the said businesses and the goodwill thereof to Adam Gray Dalziel of Windsor House, Victoria aforesaid.
The Transferee intends to carry on the said businesses at the same address and will not assume any liabilities incurred in the said businesses by the Transferor prior to the First day of June 1941 other than liabilities arising out of contracts of the Britannic Termite Com- pany (Hong Kong) current at that date.
