NOTICE is hereby given that May and
Baker, Limited, of 42/43, St. Paul's Churchyard, London, E.C.4, England, Manu- facturing Chemists, a British Company, have on the 5th day of February, 1941, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Re- gister of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks:-

in the name of May and Baker, Limited, who
claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The above trade marks have been used by
the Applicants in class 3 in respect of chemical
substances prepared for use in medicine and
pharmacy on the following dates: --

since July, 1940.

No. 10, Eleventh Road, Tinsin, in the Province of Ho Pek in the Republic of China, and of No. 19, Queen's Street, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, have by an application dated the 19th day of April, 1941, applied for regis- tration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :--
in the name of the Tsui Hang Wo Firm, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention to use it forthwith in Class 42 in respect of Preserved Vegetables.

NOTICE is hereby given that The Friesland Trading Company, Limited
of No. 10, Queen's Road Central, Victoria in the Colony of Hong
Kong, have on the 24th day of April 1941, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark viz:

HORSE
飛
牌炬火
in the name of the said King's Factory, who in the name of the Friesland Trading Company, Limited, who claim to be the claim to be the proprietors thereof.
Proprietors thereof.
The Trade Marks numbered (1) and (2) have not bitherto been used by the Applicants in respect of Metal lamps and Hurricane lanterns in Class 13, and the Trade Mark numbered (3) has not hitherto been used by the Applicants in Class 13 in respect of Metal goods not included in other classes, but it is their inten- tion so to use them forthwith.
