Central, Third floor, Victoria aforesaid Mer- chant (hereinafter called "the Transferee ") All That the business of the said Hop Yik Chong Together with the goodwill thereof, furniture, fixture, fittings, chattels, trade utensils, chops and other articles used in the said business and all other assets whatsoever (but excluding the book debts) of the said Hop Yik Chong And Together with the right to use the name of "The Hop Yik Chong" or any part thereof and with any addition thereto And the right to and exclusive benefit of a licence (now in the name of the said Wong Ying Wah) to sell Tobacco wholesale or retail at No. 125 Des Voeux Road Central, Third floor, Victoria aforesaid.
The Transfer will be completed on the 25th day of June 1941.
The Transferee intends to carry on the busi- ness of Tobacco Dealers at No. 125 Des Voeux Road Central, Third floor, Victoria aforesaid under the style or firm name of "The Hop Yik Hong"), and will not assume the liabilities incurred by the Trans- ferors in connection with the said business.

OTICE is hereby given that the Court by Order dated the 16th day of May 1941 Directed that all claims to the goods particu- lars whereof are as follows:-
232 Bundles of Scrap Band Iron.
1 Bundle of Scrap Paper. being goods stored with the Hongkong & Kowloon Wharf & Godown Company to the Order of The Canadian Pacific Steamship Com- pany Limited and in respect of which that Company issued a delivery order No. 5214 dated the 18th day of July 1939 to Carlowitz and Company and which said delivery order has never been presented shall be made in writing to Messieurs Percy Smith, Seth and Fleming as Liquidators in Hongkong of Carlowitz and Company at their Office at Bank of Canton Building, No. 6 Des Voeux Road Central Fifth floor Rooms Nos, 62 and 63 Victoria Hong Kong within one month after the 2nd day of June 1941 and that all such claims must be supported by any documents relating to such goods And That after the expiration of one month from the said 2nd day of June, 1941 all claims in respect of the said goods shall be absolutely barred.
Claimants are hereby requested to send in their claims to the said goods together with all documents in support thereof to the Liquidators at their office aforesaid forthwith.
