No. S. 222.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate which should be clearly marked "Tender for Immigration Outstations", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Tuesday, the 3rd day of June, 1941. The work consists of offices and quarters constructed of wood at Sha Tau Kok and at junction of Mankam Road and Frontier Road.
As security for the proper performance of the works under this contract, the successful tenderer will be required to deposit, in cash, a sum of $2,000 with the
Accountant-General.
Any tenderer may be required as a condition of the consideration or acceptance of his tender to supply full particulars of the constitution of his firm.
No work will be permitted on Sundays.
For form of tender, specification and further particulars apply at this Office.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

No. 8. 223.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Extension to Quay Wall at North Point ", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Tuesday, the 3rd day of June, 1941, for extending the quay wall for a length of 805 feet and raising the existing quay wall for a length of 355 feet.
As security for the proper performance of the works under this contract, the successful tenderer will be required to deposit, in cash, a sum of $7,500 with the
Accountant-General.
Any tenderer may be required as a condition of the consideration or acceptance of his tender to supply full particulars of the constitution of his firm.
