No. S. 219.--It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the District Office, Tai Po, at 11.30 a.m., on Tuesday, the 17th day of June, 1941.
The Lots are sold for the term of seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent, Serial Nos. 1 to 3 as Building Lots, Serial Nos. 4 and 5 as Agricultural Lots, Serial No. 6 as a Threshing Floor Lot, and Serial No. 7 as a Fish Pond Lot, subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notifica- tion No. 364 of 1934, as amended by Government Notification No. 50 of 1940. Serial Nos. 1 to 3 are further subject to Special Conditions Nos. 2 (a) and (b) excepting rules (1), (2) and (3), and further subject to Special Conditions Nos. 3 and 4, Serial Nos. 4 and and 5 are further subject to the Special Conditions Nos. 1 (a), (b) and (c), Serial No. 6 is further subject to Special Condition No. 1 (a), and Serial No. 7 is further subject to Special Conditions Nos. 1 (a) and (c) in the above-mentioned Government Notification. Serial No. 5 is further subject to the Special Conditions hereunder specified.
The amounts to be spent on each building lot in rateable improvements under the General Condition No. 5 are $250, $500 and $500 respectively.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS TO SERIAL No. 5.
1. The grave on the lot is due to be removed before the 15th of April, 1946. Until then reasonable facilities for access to it shall be given at the Ching Ming and Chung Yeung Festivals to the persons entitled, in the opinion of the District Officer, to worship at the grave.
2. No cultivation will be allowed within 15 feet of the existing grave.
