No. S. 210.-Sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tenders for the supply of Launch Mooring Buoys", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 26th day of May, 1941.

Three 5' by 4' Launch Mooring Buoys of all welded construction and constructed entirely of Mild steel. Delivery to be made within two months of date of acceptance o tenders.

Specifications and plans can be seen at the Principal Surveyor of Ships Office, Harbour Department, Hong Kong.

The buoys to be built to the entire satisfaction of the Principal Surveyor of Ships.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

Two “L.G.” Reversible Mooring Buoys, including cable supporter and eye shackle, 12'-0" x 6'-0".

Buoys to be of welded construction.

Price to be quoted for the supply of the above buoys made of Mild steel with cast steel cable supporter and tested forged steel shackle eye.

Specifications and plans can be seen at the office of the Principal Surveyor of Ships, Harbour Department, Hong Kong.

Tenderers are to note that delivery must be completed as required within harbour limits on or before three months of receipt of acceptance of tender.
