Ordinance 1932 whose registered office is situate at No. 99, Wing Lok Street, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, Manufacturers, have on the 24th day of March, 1941, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following

Trade Mark:----

in the name of Yee Cheong Hong Shing Kee Limited, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

Such trade mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but they intend to use the Baid trade mark in Class 2 in respect of chemical substances used for agricultural and horticultural purposes and in Class 4 in respect of tapioca flour for use in manu- factures.

The trade mark in Class 2 and the trade mark in Class 4 are associated with each other.

A facsimile of such trade mark can be seen at the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong, and of the undersigned.
