in the Register of Trade Marks, of the follow- ing Trade Mark vi. :---

Company Limited, a corporation registered under the Companies Ordinance 1932 of Hong Kong and whose registered office is situate at No. 4 Wing Hing Street, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, Manufacturers, have on the 5th day of February, 1941, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:-

in the name of the said Cheung Chun Sauce
Soy Factory who claim to be the proprietors
thereof.
The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants in respect of Substances used as food or as ingredients in food especially Sauce, Soy, Preserved Fruit and Pickles.

Such trade mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but they intend to use the said trade mark in respect of electric torches or flash- lights and electric dry cell batteries in Class 8 and in respect of electric lamps or bulbs in Class 13.
The said trade mark in Class 8 and the said trade mark in Class 13. are associated with each other.

Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong, and of the undersigned.
