6. The Port will be closed to all inward and outward shipping between sunset and 2200 hours, during which period no movements of vessels, etc., will be permitted inside the Port.
7. A restricted ferry service will be maintained by the Star Ferry and the Hong Kong and Yaumati Ferry between Hong Kong and Kowloon, and the vessels so employed will carry and show the prescribed navigation lights reduced in visibility to the satisfac- tion of the Harbour Master.
8. Pier lights at Hong Kong and Kowloon will also be permitted, provided that such lights cannot be seen from above and do not throw any light on to the water.
9. From Sunset to 2200 hours the shore on the north side of the City of Victoria from Muarry Pier to Belcher Bay is to be cleared of all vessels, and no vessel shall be moored or at anchor between the above limits and south of a line joining commercial buoys A 1, B 2 and B 7.
10. Junks and other native craft are to shift berth well before sunset to the north side of the harbour or east of Murray Pier, and such River Steamers as may be in port should also unmoor before darkness sets in and take up anchorage at Stonecutters.
