Chuen, Cheung Kai Ng and Ho Hau Kwing all of No. 92 Queen's Road Ceutral, ground floor, Victoria in the Colony of long Koug carrying on business of food products under the style or firm name of Chui Yuen at No. 92 Queen's Road Central, ground floor, Victoria aforesaid have this day transferred all the said business of Chui Yuen together with the goodwill, stock-in-trade, assets, furniture, fixtures, machinery, accessories and trade marks to Hong Kong Chui Yuen Food Products Company, Limited of No. 92 Queen's Road Central (ground floor) Victoria aforesaid.

The Transferees will carry on the same trade or business at the said address and will assume the liabilities incurred by the Transferors in the said business prior to the date hereof.
