SPECIAL CONDITIONS TO SERIAL No. 10.
1. The area to be built over shall not exceed 1280 square feet.
2. Half of the orchard area shall be planted with fruit trees within 12 months, and the whole area shall be planted with fruit trees within 24 months, of the date of sale, to the satisfaction of the District Officer.
3. Trees shall be planted not more than ten feet apart.
4. The purchaser shall pay the sum of $45.00 to the licensees of Forestry Lot No. 208 as compensation for pine trees growing on the lot.

No. S. 83.-It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the Land Office, Ping Shan, at 11.30 a.m., on Thursday, the 20th day of March, 1941.
The lots are sold for the term of seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent, Serial Nos. 1 to 3 as Agricultural Lots, and Serial No. 4 as an Orchard and Agricultural Lot, subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 364 of 1934, as amended by Government Notification No. 50 of 1940, and further subject to Special Conditions Nos. 1 (a), (b) and (c) in the above-mentioned Government Notification. Serial No. 4 is further subject to the Special Conditions here under specified.
