IN pursuance of Section 3 of the Fraudulent
Transfers of Businesses Ordinance No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that Hing Wah Company (l) of Nos.
32-34 Gilman Bazaar Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong Confectioners and Fruit Pre- servers (hereinafter called "the Transferors") have agreed to transfer to Lee Sang Tong
(F) of No. 26 Des Voeux Road
Central Victoria aforesaid Merchant (herein after called "the Transferee") the business of the said Hing Wah Company together with the goodwill, stock-in-trade, furniture, fixtures, fittings, chattels and effects and other assets relating thereto.
The transfer will be completed on the 17th day of March 1941.
The Transferee intends to carry
on the business at the said address under the style or firm name of Hing Wah Company or such other name as he may hereafter decide and will not assume any of the liabilities incurred by the Transferors in connection with the said busi- ness prior to the 17th day of March 1941.
