The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at No. 359 Lockhart Road, Ground floor, Victoria aforesaid under the style or firm name of Wo Kee Hong Face Powder Factory

(和記行面粉庄) and will not

assume the liabilities incurred by the Trans- ferors in connection with the said business.
