GULF OF THAILAND—BANGKOK BAR-LIGHTS EXTINGUISHED– LIGHTBUOYS ESTABLISHED.
1. Position.-Bangkok Bar.
Details.-The Bangkok Bar Lighthouse, together with the leading lights on
either side of the River Chow Phraya are to be extinguished. Remarks.-The night tide signals are still shown for passing vessels.

2. (a) Position.-Lat. 13° 25' 06".3 N. Long. 100° 35' 05".3 E. (Approx.).
Details.-A Red can lightbuoy exhibiting a Flashing Light every three seconds and having a visibility of seven miles, is to be established in the above position.
Abridged Characteristics.-Fl. ev. 3 sec. vis. 7 M.
(b) Position.-Lat. 13° 26′ 55′′.3 N. Long, 100° 36′ 19′′.4 E. (Approx.). Details.--A Red conical lightbuoy exhibiting a Flashing Red Light every three seconds, and having a visibility of five and a half miles, is to be established in the above position.
Abridged Characteristics.-Fl. R. ev. 3 sec. vis. 5.5 M.
Remarks. (a) These two light buoys are for marking the line of dredged
channel at the Bangkok Bar.
(b) Further notice will be given.

No. 18.--It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to section 5 of the Criminal Procedure Ordinance, 1899, His Honour the Chief Justice has ordered that the next Criminal Sessions for the despatch of the business of the Court shall be held on Tuesday, the 14th day of January, 1941, at 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon.
