I, the METALS CONTROLLER, by virtue of the powers conferred on me by regulation 50 of the Defence Regulations, 1940, with the approval of His Excellency the Governor, hereby make the following order-
1. Without the written permission of the Metals Con- troller, no person shall sell any of the following metals at a price greater than the price specified in this order namely
(1) Steel or Iron Plates (other than ship or boiler plates)
