ORDINANCE No. 25 of 1914. (TRADING WITH

THE ENEMY).

The Trading with the Enemy (Specified Persons) (Amendment) (No. 17) Order, 1941.

His Excellency the Governor with the prior approval of the Secretary of State in pursuance of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Trading with the Enemy Ordinance, 1914, as amended by regulation 2 of the Trading with the Enemy Ordinance, 1914, Amendment Regulations, 1939, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby orders as follows:-

1. The Trading with the Enemy (Specified Persons) (Amendment) (No. 11) Order, 1941, is hereby revoked.

2. The Schedule to the Trading with the Enemy (Specified Persons) (Amendment) (No. 15) Order, 1941, as varied by the Trading with the Enemy (Specified Persons) (Amendment) (No. 16) Order, 1941, shall be further varied-

(a) by inserting the names and addresses specified in Part

I of the Schedule to this Order;

(b) by deleting the names and addresses specified in Part II of the Schedule to this Order; and

(e) by making the amendments specified in Part III of the Schedule to this Order.

3. This Order may be cited as the Trading with the Enemy (Specified Persons) (Amendment) (No. 17) Order,

1941.
