ORDINANCE No. 32 of 1939. (COMPULSORY SERVICE).
His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, pursuant to Section 11 (7) of the Compulsory Service Ordinance, 1939, to permit the following persons to quit the Hong Kong Defence Reserve:
Sherwood, Phillip James, with effect from 1st November,
1941.
Evans, Arthur Jack William, with effect from 5th
November, 1941.
Greenhalgh, William Robert. with effect from 5th
November, 1941.
6th November, 1941.

In exercise of the powers conferred on me by regulation 50 of the Defence Regulations, 1940, I, the CONTROLLER OF TRADE, with the consent of His Excellency the Governor, hereby further amend the order published as Government Notification 366 in the Gazette Extraordinary of 1st April, 1941, and subsequently amended, by the addition under Category V of the following-
under the heading Fruits
-Fresh fruits
under the heading Vegetables-Fresh vegetables.
