19. Every member of the Corps who, within twelve months from the date of his enrolment in the Corps, ceases to be a member of the Corps either by resignation or dismissal may be called upon to pay to the Commandant the cost of his uniform, if any. The cost of the uniform may be recovered in a summary way before a magistrate.

20. The Commandant or other officer acting under his orders when called out for actual service may—

(a) enter or order any member of the Corps to enter any building or other place for the purposes of carrying out his duties;

(b) remove or order any member of the Corps to remove any person interfering by his presence with the operations of the Corps;

(c) generally take such measures as may appear expedient for the better carrying out of the work of the Corps.
