Immobiliza tion of ¡vessels.
44B. (1) The Governor may by order provide for regulating the supply and storage of any substances and articles capable of being used as fuel or lubricants for motor vehicles or otherwise in commexion with such vehicles, with a view to preventing supplies thereof being available for use in any manner prejudicial to the safety of the Colony in the event of hostile attack; and any such order may, in particular, provide for pro- hibiting the supply and storage of such substances and articles as afore- said elsewhere than in such places and under such conditions as may be approved by such authorities OP persons as may be specified in the
order.
(2) Any order made under this regulation may be made so as to apply either generally or to a particular area, and may provide for any in- cidental or supplementary matters for which the Governor thinks it is ex- pedient for the purposes of the order to provide, including, in particular, the entry and inspection of premises to which the order relates and the taking of such steps as may be expedient with a view to securing compliance with the order.
440-(1) The Governor may by order make provision for preventing or impeding the use of vessels to which the order applies which are for the time being in waters to which the order applies or on land adjacent to those waters.
(2) Any such order may-
(a) apply to all vessels or vessels of any class or description specified in the order;
(b) apply to all waters specified in the order, being waters in, and form- ing part of the territorial waters of, this Colony;
(c) contain provisions with respect to the method by which the use of the vessels is to be prevented or impeded, whether by removing them and keeping them removed from the water or otherwise;
(d) require the said provisions to be complied with either at all times or at such times as may be specified in the order.
