I, the FINANCIAL SECRETARY, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by regulation 4A of the regulations in the Schedule to the Miscellaneous Licences Ordinance, 1933, under the Heading PART V-MONEY-CHANGERS, enacted by Government Notification No. 238 in the Gazette of the 1st March, 1940, hereby prescribe the premium at which a money-changer may exchange Hong Kong currency of any denomination for Hong Kong ten-cent coins as one
per cent.

NOTE. This notification is supplementary to Notifications No. 850 of the 26th July, 1940, No. 43 of the 10th January, 1941, and No. 728 of the 13th June, 1941, prescribing the premia for one cent coins, five cent coins and one cent notes respectively. It is an offence for a money-changer in relation to any exchange to charge a greater premium or make any greater or other charge for his services than the premia prescribed.
