In exercise of the powers conferred on me by regulation 50 of the Defence Regulations, 1940, I, the CONTROLLER OF TRADE, with the consent of His Excellency the Governor hereby further amend the order published as Government Notification 366 in the Gazette Extraordinary of 1st April, 1941, as subsequently amended, as follows-
1. The following is substituted for the second sentence- Every application for a licence shall be submitted in duplicate in the form set forth in the Schedule hereto.
2. The following Schedule is inserted at the end—
