In exercise of the powers conferred on me by regulation 50 of the Defence Regulations, 1940, I, the CONTROLLER OF TRADE, with the consent of His Excellency the Governor, hereby amend the order published as Government Notification 989 in the Gazette Extraordinary of 20th August, 1941, by the insertion of the word "China," immediately after "The Baltic States, in the first line of the second paragraph thereof.
