ORDINANCE No. 8 of 1921. (STAMP).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 and section 12 (7) of the Stamp Ordinance, 1921, the Governor in Council makes the following regulation amending the Stamp Ordinance, 1921.
Amendment.
The following proviso is added at the end of section 12 (2) of the Stamp Ordinance, 1921,-
Provided that this sub-section shall not apply in the case of 12 cents postage stamps or such other postage stamps as the Governor may direct, over-printed as 10 cents stamps which may be used as adhesive receipt stamps for the purposes of Head No. 36 in the Schedule to this Ordinance.
