No. 1107.-It is hereby notified that paragraph 5 of Government Notification No. 221, published in the Gazette of 21st February, 1941, is amended by substituting the words 'Government External Free Scholars are exempt from Medical Fees" for the words "Government Internal Free Scholars are exempt from medical fees" in the last line thereof.

No. 1108.-It is hereby notified that on the 9th day of September, 1941, the undermentioned order was made by the Officer Administering the Government of Hong Kong under the hand of the Colonial Secretary pursuant to section 4 (2) of the above Ordinance.

UNCLAIMED BALANCES ORDINANCE No. 5 OF 1929.
Pursuant to section 4 (2) of the above Ordinance, it is hereby ordered by the Officer Administering the Government of Hong Kong that the undermentioned unclaimed balances of intestate estates which have been in the Treasury for more than five years shall be forthwith transferred to the General Revenue of this Colony subject to the provisions of the said Ordinance relating to refunds.
