In exercise of the powers conferred on him by Regulation 51B of the Defence Regulations, 1940, the Conditions of Employment and Arbitration Order, 1941, and all other powers enabling him in that behalf His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to approve the following to be the standing members and secretary respectively of the Employment Arbitration Tribunal :—

It is hereby notified that the Labour Officer has selected from the panel chosen by His Excellency the Governor to represent employers and workers respectively under the pro- visions of the Conditions of Employment and Arbitration Order, 1941, the following to be members of the Employment Arbitration Tribunal for the purpose of the settlement of a dispute between the Hong Kong & Kowloon Motor Drivers Union and the Yellow Taxicab Company, the Shanghai Taxicab Company, the Central Taxicab Company, the Blue Taxicab Company and the Star Taxicab Company :-
