No. 1056. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. CHARLES RENÉ LEE to act as his Private Secretary during the absence from the Colony of Mr. GARROD TREVERTON, or until further notice, with effect from 3rd September, 1941.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Naval Volunteer Ordinance, 1933, His Excellency the Governor dispenses with the services of Warrant Officer DAVID WALKER as a member of the Hong Kong Naval Volunteer Force.
