ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1933. (VOLUNTEER).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Volunteer Ordinance, 1933, the General Officer Commanding the Troops, with the approval of the Governor after con- sultation with the Commandant of the Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps, amends Regulation 3 (1) of Notification No. 696 in the Gazette of the 25th August, 1939, as enacted by Government Notification 943 in the Gazette Extraordinary of the 18th October, 1939, and amended by Government Noti- fication No. 306 in the Gazette of the 14th March, 1941, as follows:-
Amendment.
In paragraph (1) of Regulation 3 the list of AUXILIARY UNITS is amended by the addition of "The Motor Transport Unit" after "The Hong Kong Engineering Corps" at the end thereof.
