ORDINANCE No. 13 of 1935. (PUBLIC HEALTH [FOOD]).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Public Health (Food) Ordinance, 1935, the Urban Council makes the following amendment of the by-laws under the heading "Slaughter-houses" and sub-heading "General" set forth in the Schedule to the above-mentioned Ordinance :-
Amendment.
The following additional by-law is inserted immediately after by-law 10.
10A. No person shall cause the introduction into the tissues of the carcase of any animal or bird usually used as food for man, by injection or any other means, of water or any other fluid, or air or any other gas or gaseous mixture.
