Order.
In exercise of the powers conferred on him by regulation 2A of the Defence (Finance) Regulations, 1940, as amended by Government Notification 893 published in the Gazette Extraordinary of 26th July, 1941, His Excellency the Governor hereby makes the following order-
1. The Governor, by virtue of powers conferred in regulation 2A of the Defence (Finance) Regulations, 1940, hereby prohibits, except with permission granted by or on behalf of the Governor, the carrying out of an order given by or on behalf of
(a) the state named in paragraph 2 hereof or any persons resident therein; or
(b) any body corporate which is incorporated under the law of the said state or which is under the control of the said state or of any person resident therein in so far as the order
(i) requires any person to whom the order is given to make any payment or to part with any gold or securities; or
(ii) requires any change to be made in the persons to whose credit any gold or securities are to be held.
